Frequently asked

How does FULLREP count my push-ups?

FULLREP uses your front camera and on-device pose detection to track your body in real time. A rep counts only when your chest drops a full step down and comes back up — half-reps are rejected. It calibrates to your body, camera angle, and pace within the first few reps.

Is my camera footage recorded or uploaded?

No. Never. All pose detection runs entirely on your device. No video is recorded, stored, uploaded, or seen by anyone — the camera feed is processed frame-by-frame and immediately discarded.

How should I position my phone?

Prop your phone on the floor a few feet in front of you, screen facing you, so your head and shoulders are in frame while you're in plank position. The 3-2-1-GO countdown gives you time to get set before counting starts.

Why did a rep not count?

FULLREP only counts full range-of-motion reps. If your chest didn't drop far enough relative to your own calibrated range, the rep is rejected — that's by design. If you believe full reps are being missed, make sure your upper body is clearly visible in frame and lighting is reasonable, then email support with details.

Do I need an account?

No. FULLREP works fully as a guest — sessions, streaks, and progress are stored on your device. Creating a free account adds a profile, cloud sync across devices, the leaderboard, and following friends.

How do I delete my account and data?

Open the app → Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Type DELETE to confirm. This permanently removes your account, profile, synced sessions, and leaderboard entries from our servers. Local data on your device can be cleared by deleting the app.

How does the leaderboard work?

Signed-in users can submit their daily reps to the global leaderboard and see a friends-only view of people they follow. You can set your profile to private in Settings — you'll stay on the leaderboard, but your profile details are hidden.
